How Many ANELEHS Fashion Collections Are Released Each Year?
• At ANELEHS we pride ourselves in sewing high quality merchandise in house, and dedicated to creating extremely rare and unique works of art, so we currently release three collections a year.

Does ANELEHS Offer Product Brochures?
• To maintain the Integrity of our promise of exclusivity and also deter counterfeiting we do not currently release a Product Brochure.

What Is Couture? What is Ready to Wear?
• At ANELEHS we define Couture as the design and manufacture of fashionable clothes to a client's specific requirements and measurements.
• Our Ready-To-Wear collection is our collection of 3 products of the same exact design in three different sizes produced in house. Our Seasonal collections feature 15-50 different sets of merchandise reproduced in three sizes each.

• For Sizing information please refer to the Sizing Chart look at the recommendation for body shape in the description..

Is Gift Packing Available?

  • Gift Packing is Available if specified in the comments section at checkout.

Can I Add A Gift Message After Placing My Order?

  • Unfortunately, after an initial order has been processed a gift message cannot be added to the order. However, if there is a request for a gift message, please enter the gift message in the Comment Section at check out and we will add the gift message before the order is shipped.

What Happens If A Merchandise Is Out Of Stock?

  • After a design is created, it will not be reproduced again. We strive for uniqueness and rarity for all our designs, so when an item is out of stock it will not be back. For designs scheduled to move quickly most items can be pre-ordered to ensure merchandise availability.


What Are My Pay Option? USA and International

  • ANELEHS accepts all major credit card and are processed through our secure server that is PCI compliant.
  • International clients can use Paypal as their payment option. but customers are responsible for all shipping and Customs fees.

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

  • Your card will be charged immediately after purchase. Your order will be processed after we receive your payment.

What If My Order Is Incorrect?

  • Unfortunately, once your payment is received, processed and shipped we cannot change your order. However, If you notify us IMMEDIATELY that the order is incorrect we can correct you error and send your desired items before your order is shipped.  Otherwise,  the Client is responsible for all shipping, restocking and return fees on undesired item/s.
