If you want to return goods to Anelehs Atelier, it is VERY important to completely fill out the Contact form to begin all return or exchanges. If we receive a return package without information on which order it is or where it is from, we are unable to process the return case.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another size or product, return the original item to us and then order new items on our online store. This ensures the most efficient and effective handling of your order, and makes it less likely that the items you wish to exchange for sell out while we process your return. It is VERY important that you choose a shipping method that ensures the return package is delivered to our address.

As soon as we receive your return package, we will process your return case and refund your payment back to the account used for your online purchase. We will refund you within 14 days, usually sooner. If you return the merchandise after the 14 days grace period but within 30 days of your purchase you will recieve a store credit.

EXCHANGE POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

* All exchanged purchases will be issued an exchange for a different size only. If the size is out of stock customer will receive a refund or store credit in the form of a coupon code that is emailed to the customer after the original merchandise is received, inspected and processed by the Company.
Customer is responsible for reshipping cost of exchanged items.*

You will be responsible for return shipment expenses.


Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with original price tags attached.

 After review of the claim it will be determined if the Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
Same policy applies to the International Customer's return claim.


Anelehs do not accept returns on Accessories, Handbags, Hosiery, Intimate Apparel and Jewelry.

We do not accept returns on Final Sales or Clearance Items.
