EXCHANGE POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
* All exchanged purchases will be issued an exchange for a different size only. If the size is out of stock customer will receive store credit in the form of a coupon code that is emailed to the customer after the original merchandise is received, inspected and processed by the Company. Customer is responsible for reshipping cost of exchanged items.
* PLEASE NOTE: *All store credits are valid for 1 year only.
* REFUND POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise is inspected before shipment. We do not accept merchandise for items that are defective as following: Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with original price tags attached. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving it. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. International Customers are responsible for all Customs Fees and are non-refundable. Aneleh's do not accept returns on Accessories, Handbags, Hosiery, Intimate Apparel and Jewelry. We do not accept returns on Final Sales or Clearance Items.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound
